Structural Change post contract with wisdom homes

Did you have to go back to tender stage with a new base pricing of house?

I’ve read your other thread, how did you go with your sales rep/customer service rep?

I checked my tender and it does say no structural change can be made after signing the contract.

What is the price difference with the price increase?

I have requested for a change in facade, but it is still under review by management if it can be approved at this stage.

No idea yet on the price difference that I have to pay.

How did you go with the change? I’m curious to know as I tried to request to change the solar package back to the 15K Wisdom credit and management declined because we had “already signed the contract” It was only one week after signing tender & contract and is a non structural change.

We havent signed the variation yet but they were accomodating to our request.

I told them that the only thing I want to change is the facade and it wont affect the floor plan. The management agreed and Im waiting for the variation to be sent to me. But of course we have to pay $1,500 for the change plus the cost of the new facade im requesting since it is a big change. Very happy that they accomodated, plus my lot is still unregistered so we are not that pressed by time(hopefully).

In your case, Im pretty sure you can ask Wisdom to credit that 15k, ask them since its just 1 week post signing the contract maybe you wont be charged with $1,500 fee. i think youre still within the cooling period, its stated in your contract.

Oh thats good to hear that you were able to change it! You really have to love your house, no regrets.. unless its something you can change after handover. When is your land expected to register?

Yeah, not sure for me, they said no, so I left it at that, but maybe the GM can review it. This happened back in early-mid March. We are waiting for CDC approval now.
